In case there are "problems" (unforeseen circumstances, force majeur) with or in:

a: Kazakhstan: the trip will take place but will end in Uzbekistan (Tashkent); details to be worked out.

b: Uzbekistan: the trip will not take place

c: Turkmenistan: the trip will take place without Turkmenistan; details to be worked out.

1.In the very unlikely case that our PARTNER (tour operator) is cancelling the contract, you will get a full refund from us (wolfandh3friends).We will only deduct a few Euros to cover our expenses = max.50,-Euros per person.

2.In case WE (wolfandh3friends) have to cancel the contract with our partner (for example due lack of demand from the hashers) you will get the following refund: your payment to this date minus 50,-Euro.

3.In case YOU (the hasher) want to cancel your participation, you will get the following refund:

a.cancelled until 31.5.2008: your payment until 31.5. minus 15%

b.cancelled until 31.7.2008: your payment until 31.7. minus 25%

c.cancelled until 31.8.2008: 50% refund

d.cancelled after 31.8.2008: 5% refund

It is recommended that your travel insurance is valid (at least) for the period 12.-25.10.2008 (including the postlube 12.-28.10.2008) and covers the following countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan for Option A. In case you choose Option B please include Germany as well. It is also recommended that the following is included:

a.baggage insurance

b.“travel cancellation“ insurance (Reiserücktrittsversicherung in German), in case you have to cancel your participation PRIOR to the beginning of the trip.

c.“repatriation“ insurance (Reiseabbruchversicherung in German), in case you have to leave us AFTER the beginning of the trip.
