Medieval Germany 2011: Cancellation/Insurance


1. Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation charges for bookings until 31.01.11

In case YOU cancel your participation, you will get the following refund (of your payment till that date):

a. cancellation until 31.01.11 = 90%

b. cancellation until 28.2.11 = 75%

c. cancellation until 31.3.11 = 50%

d. cancellation  thereafter = 10%


1.2. Cancellation charges for bookings from 01.02.11 onwards

a. cancellation within one month of registration = 90%

b. cancellation before 31.3.11 = 50%

c. cancellationthereafter = 10%

2. Insurance

It is recommended that your travel insurance is valid (at least) for  eh prel CANC INSUR 31.05.11. It is also recommended that the following is included:

a: baggage insurance

b: .“travel cancellation“ insurance (Reiserücktrittsversicherung in German) in case you have to cancel your participation PRIOR to the beginning of the cruise

c: ."repatriation insurance" (Reiseabbruchversicherung in German), in case you have to leave us AFTER the beginning of the cruise
