Prices/Conditions

We offer TWO OPTIONS to choose from:

Option A: Silk Road package Ashgabat - Almaty only.

OPTION B: Option A plus LH/flights from/to Frankfurt.


Price per person (min. 25 persons):

OPTION A: 1.600 Euro

OPTION B: 2.380 Euro (plus taxes/fees at time of ticketing)


A single room supplement of 250 Euro per person is available for both options.

For the overnight trains in coupees for 4 persons there are also supplements available in case only 2 hashers want to share the coupee:

a. Ashgabat- Dashaguz = ca.60 Usd per person (or ca.120 Usd for 2 persons)

b.Taschkent - Almaty = ca.120 Usd per person (ca.240 Usd for 2 persons)


Services included :

OPTION A:

  • Trainrides according to itinerary
  • Double room accommodation
  • Halfboard (breakfast plus one meal)
  • Excursions and sightseeing trips per itinerary (incl.entrance tickets)
  • Baggage assistance at airports and hotels
  • One bottle of water 0,5l per person per day
  • 3 -5 hash runs (incl. circles with beer, softies and snacks)

    • Option B:
  • Identical to Option A
  • Lufthansa flights from Frankfurt to Ashgabat and Almaty to Frankfurt

    • Services not included:
  • Visa fee
  • Airport tax

    • You will be required to select Option A or B when registering online


    A postlube Almaty to Bishtek in Kyrgistan - Almaty can be booked separately:

  • 3days by bus (2nights in Bishtek in a 4star hotel) incl. visit to Ala Archa canyon

  • more than 10 persons = 400 Euro
  • more than 15 persons = 360 Euro
  • more than 20 persons = 340 Euro

    • HASHRUN not yet guaranteed (the Bishtek chapter is dead)
